Hey David,

Thanks for your comments. You definitely got the point of the article. Why not be 'conscious' as often as we can? Awakening and Enlightenment is a Choice. Every moment is a chance to be more Conscious and less Autonomous and Asleep.

You're right, becoming emotionally clear before is key. It's all about Clarity. That state of 'Non-thought where the Mind is clear of mental and emotional chatter.

Surrender is very useful for dealing with negative issues from the past. We all have them, but if we 'identify' with them, or derive our 'sense of self' from 'what happened to us', then in order to 'deal with it', it must be surrendered.

That is what Fluidity is about to me. Being in a State of Surrender, or Acceptance or 'non-solidity', while being 'mindful' of being Aware and Clear of Mind, allows you to be Fluidic so little by little, you are start to 'reflect' or observe those past moments and see them from a 'different' perspective to have clarity.

There are definitely different ways to 'get over the past', and it is well worth the effort and honesty with oneself that is developed from doing this kind of work on yourself.

I think that if a person starts working on themselves, say 'developing' their 'psychic awareness', and are meditating on their 'Core Chakras', then the energy they will be 'pumping' through their system will 'blow out' any of the negative blockages for an extended period of time, and if continued, will 'cleanse them' of the 'stuck' energies.

By working Fluidity and Surrender into their Practice, in addition to their meditations, etc , then they will be able to get their blockages to 'stay clear'. It all comes down to how we think. If they clear out their blockages, but later on they 'ponder' on past situations negatively, it will create another 'blockage' and again, their back in the loop, but if they are 'fludic' they will be able to 'deflect' the negativity they have 'psychologically programmed' themselves to associate with their experience. This way it won't 'stick' to them, causing their energy to get 'stuck' all over again...

Cheers,

Peace,

I have read your article over twice, and wanted to comment that I have understood it and will follow your suggestions. It was very clear and simple to do also. I have read all the books (for years)on enlightenment, and have been initiated by Sri Ananid Ma, and have had several Buddhist empowerments, but your writing strikes right to the heart of the matter. Why just stir a cup of coffee, when you can just add a small amount of focus, and soon whammo... the door opens and you start flowing in a different space. I think probably one should be fairly emotionally clear when one starts to stir. Probably that is the basic situation at the beginning - getting that emotional clarity - getting through those blocks - before the true flowing can start.

Some of the people I know have had such tragic childhoods that it leaves them scarred for life - seems like. So first thing has to be block removal. Of course there are many methods to release this energy - but still block resolution first.

Your article was great. It helped me alot. Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,

David
